We were reliable informed that chief Adeleke parked his vehicle along Isale-Igbein in Abeokuta as he waited for his friend who wanted to get something by the roadside; the officials walked up to him and was accused of parking wrongly.
The the incident led to an argument and the man was allegedly beaten mercilessly by the officials who reportedly fled the scene, leaving their patrol vehicle behind to avoid being lynched by the crowd which gathered.
